Here we go. All you need to do is :

1. Put this ZIP file on the BlueStacks Installed Folder.
2. Right-click and Choose Extract here 

(Usually at C:\Program Files (x86)\BlueStacks)
3. If there was a Replace Notification just click Replace All.
4. Enjoy your “Transparent Circle” Free Blue Stacks.
